      We look at what’s going on right now your energy,                   hormones, sleep, skin, digestion and stress levels.

  • We create a realistic plan

      Together we agree on a few small, manageable changes to       try between sessions, tailored to your life and your                     preferences.

  • We review and adjust

      At each follow-up, we talk about what’s working (and what         isn’t), then gently tweak your plan as your body starts to             respond.
