Step 1 -  Free discovery call (15 minutes) A quick chat to understand your goals and see if we’re a good fit. We’ll choose the best starting point together. 

​​Step 2 - Foundations session (60–75 minutes) A thorough intake covering your routine, symptoms, and priorities. You’ll leave with 2–3 clear actions.

Step 3 - Your personalised plan A simple one page plan for food, sleep, movement, and stress support, plus templates you can follow on busy weeks.

Step 4 - Ongoing support Regular 45 minute check-ins, gentle accountability, and adjustments as you progress. Light weekday message support included.

Practical notes

  • Sessions are online (video) or phone; UK time zone.

  • Coaching complements medical care. I don’t diagnose or treat disease; please consult your GP about medications, HRT, or test results.
