Naturopathic health coaching combines the principles of naturopathic medicine - food as nourishment, lifestyle, nervous system support and the body’s natural ability to heal with the practical tools of coaching.

Instead of only chasing symptoms, we look at the bigger picture of what’s going on in your body and your life. Together, we explore how your nutrition, stress levels, sleep, hormones, gut health and daily habits may be contributing to how you feel, and then create simple, realistic changes that fit into your everyday routine.

I have a special interest in perimenopause and menopause, and how naturopathic health coaching can support women and girls at every stage of life, including:

  • Teens struggling with acne, painful or irregular periods

  • Women navigating PCOS and hormonal imbalance (alongside medical care)

  • Those preparing for pregnancy or wanting to support fertility naturally

  • Women dealing with tiredness, low energy, mood swings, weight changes, food noise, cravings or skin issues

  • Women moving through perimenopause and menopause who no longer feel like themselves

This isn’t about strict rules, “perfect” eating or quick fixes. It’s about understanding your body, making changes at a pace that feels kind and sustainable, and helping you feel more balanced, energised and at home in yourself.
