Service Description
A relaxed, no-pressure chat to see if we’re the right fit. We’ll talk about what you’re currently experiencing (PMS, PCOS, perimenopause/menopause symptoms, energy, digestion, stress, sleep, anxiety, skin problems or general wellbeing), what you’d like to improve, and what support would feel most helpful. I’ll explain how my naturopathic health coaching works and suggest the best next step for you.
Cancellation Policy
Melissa Kate Natural Living Purpose A discovery call is a free 15-minute online conversation to see whether naturopathic health coaching with Melissa Kate Natural Living feels right for you. It is not a full consultation and does not include personalised recommendations, treatment plans or supplements advice. Who it’s for Women and girls (or parents/guardians of teens) interested in natural support for issues such as tiredness, low energy, hormones, skin, mood, menstrual changes, perimenopause or menopause. You must be 18+ to book for yourself. Parents/guardians may enquire on behalf of under-18s. Fees The discovery call is free and there is no obligation to book further sessions. What to expect During the call we will: Talk briefly about what you’re experiencing and what you’d like help with. Explain how naturopathic health coaching works and how I support clients. Discuss which package (if any) might suit you and answer your questions. You are free to book, think it over, or decide not to proceed. Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Repeated non-attendance may mean I’m unable to offer future discovery calls. Limits & medical care A discovery call does not replace medical care and is not suitable for emergencies. I do not diagnose or prescribe. For urgent or worrying symptoms, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services. Confidentiality & data Information shared is treated confidentially. Basic details and brief notes may be stored in line with the Melissa Kate Natural Living Privacy Policy and used to contact you about your appointment and possible next steps.
