My Journey
After loosing my dad to a heart attack at 55 and my mum to cancer at 61. Those losses changed the way I look at health and at life. If I wanted a different future, I knew I had to start making different choices.
After my youngest daughter was born, things started to shift. About a year later, at 37, I began waking in the night and couldn’t get back to sleep. I told myself I was too young for perimenopause it must be stress, motherhood, the pace of everything. But the symptoms kept building. It wasn’t hot flushes first. It was the broken sleep, the brain fog, the dips in mood and the quiet rise of anxiety. My skin became itchy and reactive. Foods I’d always enjoyed suddenly didn’t agree with me. It felt as though my body was asking me to listen in a new way.
Grief and years of emotional eating had left a lot of noise around food. I couldn’t quieten the cravings or the inner back and forth on my own. With medical support, I finally had the space to put what I knew into practice. For me, this wasn’t about replacing natural health it was about creating room to truly live it.
I came back to foundations. Real, nourishing food with attention to protein and fibre. Less ultra processed food. Gentle movement and strength training I could stick with. Caring for my nervous system and protecting my sleep. The changes were steady rather than dramatic, but they lasted. My energy felt more even. I felt calmer, clearer, and more in charge of my choices. I stopped feeling like I was constantly pushing against my body.
What I learned is simple: health isn’t perfection or punishment, and it isn’t something you have to do alone. It’s understanding your body, accepting support when you need it, and building small, sustainable habits that help you feel steady, strong and well. That lesson shapes the way I work today.
How I support you
I’m a CNM qualified Naturopathic Health Coach with a special interest in perimenopause and menopause. I support women who feel out of balance with hormones, energy, appetite, weight, mood, skin or confidence. I know how it feels to be rushed through appointments, to second guess every choice, and to wonder where to begin.
I also believe natural living and medical care can sit side by side. Some women choose HRT or GLP‑1s, some don’t. My role is to help you build the foundations your body needs nourishment, movement, sleep, stress support and emotional wellbeing in a way that fits your real life. We keep it kind, practical and doable.
If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place. You don’t need a perfect routine. You need the right tools, used consistently, and someone in your corner while you put them to work.

CNM‑qualified naturopathic coaching focused on food, sleep, stress, and simple strength, the things that move the needle.
